1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 12TravelBuddy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 12TravelBuddy. The Service is operated by VisionPathStudio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant 12TravelBuddy and VisionPathStudio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for operating the Service. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or commercial solicitation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Upload malicious software or interfere with the Service's operation

5. Travel Arrangements

12TravelBuddy is a platform that connects travelers. We do not organize, provide, or guarantee any travel services, accommodations, or transportation. All travel arrangements are made directly between users. You acknowledge that meeting other users and traveling involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your safety and decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content, design, logos, and software are owned by VisionPathStudio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws of the United States, the European Union, and international treaties. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 12TRAVELBUDDY AND VISIONPATHSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 12TravelBuddy, VisionPathStudio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), these Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU/EEA consumer protection laws, including the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
